Valdo Oro Puro Superiore DOCG Brut 750ml x 6
Pure and prestigious features. Precious and eternal as special instants in life. Rare and unique such as the Prosecco Superiore land, the gold of Valdobbiadene.
Manual harvest during the second half of September
Soft pressing and fermentation with selected yeasts at controlled temperature
5-month Charmat ageing followed in the bottle
Straw yellow colour with gold bright reflections. Fine and persistent perlage
Typically floral with strong pear and Golden apple fruity aroma
Refined, harmonious, lingering aroma and sapidity
A large stemmed glass allows for optimal development of the bead , enabling full appreciation of all the qualities of the product. We recommend serving this Prosecco at 6-7°C and gradually
bringing the bottle to temperature in order not to shock the wine. Do not store sparkling wine for long periods of time in the refrigerator
At best with fish preparations. Excellent as an aperitif but even better as an all-meal companion
The name Prosecco Valdo is immediately reminiscent of the upper regions of the Valdobbiadene, for which it is an ambassador throughout the world.
The history of the Valdo Wineries in this region of great natural riches and the heart of production for the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG dates back to 1926.
Since then, Valdo has given precedence to a culture of excellence, taste and know-how, earned by hard work and tireless passion.
It is from this passion that Prosecco Valdo is created.
The history of Prosecco Valdo began in 1926, when a group of enterprising winemakers from Valdobbiadene decided to join forces creating the Società Anonima Vini Superiori: a company principally devoted to sparkling wine production of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore and Cartizze.
The great step forward in terms of quality started at the beginning of the twenties when the company was bought by the Bolla family from Verona and was renamed: Valdo Spumanti.
Sergio Bolla the father of Pierluigi, the current Chairman, focused on expanding sales both in Italy and abroad, he set new commercial and production targets with the aim of increasing awareness of Prosecco Valdo, or to be precise the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, throughout the world.
