3-month charmat ageing followed in the bottle
Light straw yellow with greenish reflections

With a persistent taste, it is bright and harmonious and has an agreeably sweet aftertaste
Chill the wine gradually without causing sudden changes in temperature to enjoy the pruduct at its best. Do not store the bottle for long periods in the refrigerator. Ideal when served at 6-8°C in flutes which are the most appropriate serving glasses

The name Prosecco Valdo is immediately reminiscent of the upper regions of the Valdobbiadene, for which it is an ambassador throughout the world.
The history of the Valdo Wineries in this region of great natural riches and the heart of production for the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG dates back to 1926.
Since then, Valdo has given precedence to a culture of excellence, taste and know-how, earned by hard work and tireless passion.
It is from this passion that Prosecco Valdo is created.
The history of Prosecco Valdo began in 1926, when a group of enterprising winemakers from Valdobbiadene decided to join forces creating the Società Anonima Vini Superiori: a company principally devoted to sparkling wine production of Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore and Cartizze.
The great step forward in terms of quality started at the beginning of the twenties when the company was bought by the Bolla family from Verona and was renamed: Valdo Spumanti.
Sergio Bolla the father of Pierluigi, the current Chairman, focused on expanding sales both in Italy and abroad, he set new commercial and production targets with the aim of increasing awareness of Prosecco Valdo, or to be precise the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG, throughout the world.
