Colour – Golden crisp and full bodied with a strong characteristic head unique to this lager.
Low to medium-low hop bitterness. Low to moderate maltiness, varying with gravity and attenuation. Neither malt nor hops dominate the palate. Low to medium low hop flavour
Crisp, not too bitter, refreshing and easy to drink.
