Avoir Ginfuzion was established in 2017 and supplies its GnT on Tap. “Avoir” comes from the french meaning “to have”.
Our Gin is carefully handcrafted using natural botanicals and no synthetics, to produce a dry gin, infused with liquids to extract flavours that refresh the palate.

Our handcrafted gin is copper distilled and barrel aged and crafted in small quantities in Gauteng.

13 different botanicals are sourced of which many are used in African medicinal herbs.

Our gin is distilled over 4 days and then left for a further 4 weeks or more for maturity and body, before being infused and flavoured to our unique recipes.

Elderflower: Elderflower comes from the European elderberry, and has a strong Victorian heritage. It is often overlooked for its medicinal benefits but brings you back for another glass. Its what we call Summer in a glass.

Violet: A rich, fragrant violet, enhancing the pallet with a mild floral springtime flavour, not to sweet but just right.
Garnishes :
1 sprig of Mint or,
3 Blue berries, 3 slices of strawberry, 1 sprig of mint or,
Add a slice of orange,or
Add a lemon for more bitterness.

Chilli and Apricot: Don’t worry, the chilli comes at the end. A fresh apricot taste not too strong with an added chilli aftertaste, although light, doesn’t heat up like you think…..Give it a try.

The Swagga Citrus Gin has a prominent citrus aroma and flavour. It is complimented by the fresh juniper notes that remain long after you have finished this delicious thirst-quencher. This is a refreshing gin. Reminiscent of a sensational summer’s day, therefore it pairs well with most mixers and fresh citrus fruits.

All of our gins have a citrus based theme which we believe elevates the flavour, therefore making our gins more familiar and enjoyable. Handcrafted from the highest quality South African sourced organic botanicals by Swagga Breweries. We have taken all of our brewing knowledge and put it to good use in the creation of our gin range.

The Swagga Cinnamon and Orange Gin has a slight cinnamon aroma. The juniper is the first flavour that you should taste followed by a delicate orange taste and then a lingering cinnamon flavor. The cinnamon and orange pairing are a classic, which we believe we have mastered in this gin.

As it is a zero alcohol product, it is safe for pregnant and breast-feeding Mom’s, those who choose not to drink for lifestyle or religious reasons, or those who simply want a pretty, delicious cocktail without the alcohol. This is a traditional botanical mix that includes juniper berries, coriander seeds, orris root, angelica root, black pepper corns and garden mint. The final product is enhanced with either lime leaves or hibiscus tea. The botanicals are soaked overnight and slowly distilled to leave you with a gorgeous refreshing non-alcoholic alternative. Ginifer Chilli Gin – 1 x 750ml

Created for Gin lovers who enjoy a little spice and some heat without the bite. A barrel aged Chilli gin, formulated in the same manner as the original Ginifer, this is without doubt, a mesmerizing spirit – best served in a good tonic and paired with a slice of grapefruit, a sprig of coriander and a dried Chilli garnish. Intense, exotic, unexpected and more masculine are just some of the ways Ginifer Chilli has been described. The Chilli essence – the 14th ingredient in this exotic gin – is barrel aged for 18 months in sherry casks, this process delivers a gentle hit of capsicum that slowly releases a measure of endorphins with every sip of the spirit. It’s atruly breath taking sensation, leaving a warm taste at the back of the mouth without the bite; the heat – which is of medium volume, dissipates quickly. Through the process of ageing the Chilli, the essence picks up tones of vanilla and smoke, and these compliment the gin botanicals beautifully without dominating the gin taste. Earthy and warm, soft and filled with flavour - it’s well balanced but full of contradiction. Tasting notes: Juniper, Coriander and soft Smokey Chilli right at the back of the mouth.
